Unethical Company with unethical people. We have a long-time customer with ZoomInfo. The price point for the solution did not meet the value for our company. We canceled and they will not accept our notice. Now they are threatening legal action based on an auto-renew clause not stated very clearly in their contract. I did not know companies like this still existed no ethics and no integrity.

The data has been a game changer for our sales team. Customer support is responsive and have good training and educational resources. Having asked ZoomInfo to remove incorrect details about our company on their website including turnover, phone number and members of staff , they have been unresponsive.

We continue to receive many phone calls for a different company. I signed up and paid for 3 months upfront. During those 3 months I had questions but was not able to find help. I called but their phone number will get you nowhere. No real person answers phone calls, at least not when I called them.
